International Seminar on Paediatric Cholestasis - 08 Απριλίου 2021
Cholestasis is one of the main reasons for admission to paediatric liver services, and it accounts for the vast majority of paediatric liver transplants. The causes of cholestasis are variable with many of them being associated with a poor prognosis. Early diagnosis is essential in order to promptly initiate, in many cases, life-saving therapy.
Join us for our international webinar: “A closer look at paediatric cholestasis: from life-threatening to life-changing”.
Dr. Zellos will give you keys to make the differential diagnosis of cholestasis in paediatric patients. Dr. Cananzi and Pr. Ben Chehida will present and share their own experience on bile acid synthesis disorders: life-threatening causes of cholestasis.
This webinar is under the auspices of the Hellenic Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (HELSPGHAN).
Dr. Papadopoulou, president of HELSPGHAN, will moderate this webinar.
